Integrations
Native HL7, FHIR, DICOM connectors.
In today’s healthcare ecosystem no hospital operates in isolation, and a modern healthcare platform must speak fluently to every piece of equipment, software, and national health infrastructure around it. Our platform ships with an ever-growing library of deep, pre-built integrations that work out of the box, eliminating months of custom development and the endless back-and-forth that usually accompanies third-party connectivity. Radiology workflows become truly filmless because any PACS (GE Centricity, Philips IntelliSpace, Fuji Synapse, or open-source Orthanc) pushes images directly into the patient timeline the moment they are acquired. Doctors open a built-in zero-footprint DICOM viewer inside the Pensieve itself - no separate login, no downloading studies - and annotate, measure, or compare priors without ever leaving the record. Laboratory results flow with equal seamlessness. Whether your analyzers are Roche Cobas, Beckman Coulter, Sysmex, Abbott Architect, or a local middleware like Apex LIS, reports are pulled in HL7 ORU format, auto-matched to the correct investigation order, verified by the technician, and instantly visible on the timeline with abnormal values highlighted in red and critical alerts fired simultaneously. Financial workflows stay frictionless. We can integrate the Pensieve with your pre-existing payment system, or you can use our financial solutions. Patient communication is equally rich: appointment confirmations, lab report notifications, medicine reminders, payment links, and discharge instructions reach patients on their preferred channel. For anything not covered by the pre-built connectors, we expose a complete, well-documented REST and FHIR v4 API suite with OAuth2 authentication, webhooks for real-time events, and sandbox environments. Developers can push or pull any resource - patients, encounters, observations, diagnostic reports, medication requests, or care plans - in standard JSON format. Hundreds of hospitals and health-tech startups already use these APIs to build custom dashboards, telemedicine front-ends, wearable integrations, AI co-pilots, and revenue-cycle bots without ever touching our core database directly. From the largest diagnostic chain to the smallest nursing home, every integration is continuously monitored, versioned, and updated in the cloud, so your hospital always stays connected, quite literally, on the same page as the rest of the healthcare world.
