One time patient registration can be done either by the patient or by any permitted staff on-borad the Pensieve. The intelligent queue system auto-assigns tokens, displays live waiting time on LED screens and patient app, and allows patients to book slots in advance through the Patient App. Patients can book the appointment on their own also. All the registered patient sunder a consultant or team are displayed automatically on the respective dashboards. The moment a patient reaches the doctor’s cabin, the entire past history and timeline load instantly. AI keeps ready a summary based on past clinical data, probable diagnosis, treatments, and investigations. Doctors complete examination, add diagnoses (with ICD-11 & SNOMED auto-suggest), fire orders, and generate e-prescriptions with digital signature in a single flow. Simultaneous billing, pharmacy dispensing labels, and lab requisitions are triggered automatically. Cashless insurance pre-authorization, CGHS/ESIS/AYUSHMAN integration, and package billing are built-in. Real-time dashboards show doctor-wise footfall, average consultation time, revenue per patient, no-show rate, and conversion from consultation to procedure - everything you need for daily decisions and NABH audits.
