I originally started building Pensieve as an EHR. That journey taught me something important: documentation is not the problem.

EHRs, HIS, billing systems, PACS - these are not failures. They are isolated. They record events, but they do not explain how an institution functions as a system.

Pensieve is built as a data intelligence layer.

It unifies how information flows across clinical, operational, and administrative domains - and turns that flow into insight, coordination, and measurable outcomes.

The goal is not more software. The goal is capability.

I am formally trained as a doctor and self-trained as an engineer. That combination gave me a front-row seat to both clinical reality and technical possibility. I realised that you must be technical if you really want to build something outstanding.

I am building Pensieve because institutions deserve tools that make them stronger, faster, and more self-aware, not just more documented.

This is a long-term effort. Pensieve is not a quick SaaS experiment. It is an attempt to rethink how large institutions understand and improve themselves.
